You have a 30 - day window to decide if an item suits your pet. Should you find it unsuitable within this period, please contact us directly, and we'll tailor solutions to your circumstances.

Return Policy

Eligibility: For online purchases (excluding final sale items and personalized products) through Sun Landers, exchanges or refunds are permissible within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened (for sealed products), and accompanied by all original tags and packaging.
Non - refundable Fees: Original shipping costs and insurance fees are non - refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a request on the return portal page.
  2. Our support team will follow up on your return request.
  3. Package your item in its original condition.
  4. Dispatch your package using the provided shipping label.

Please Note

Ineligible Items: Certain items are ineligible for return or exchange, including custom habitatsopened grooming productsfinal sale items, and personalized accessories.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must maintain their unused condition and original packaging. We do not accept damaged or altered items.
Approval Requirement: Directly returning items without prior approval is not accepted. Please reach out to us before sending back any items. The address listed on the logistics list is not our return address; thus, we cannot accept returns sent there.

Refunds

Shipping Fee: The shipping fee paid upon order placement is non - refundable. Only the cost of the pet supplies will be reimbursed.
Free Shipping Orders: For free shipping orders, we'll deduct the corresponding shipping costs from the refund upon receiving the returned package.

Refund Timeframes

  • PayPal Refunds: Processed within 3 business days.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Completed within 7 - 14 business days.

Exchanges

Reshipment arrangements will be made within 3 business days after submitting your request.
