Return Policy

• Eligibility: All pet supplies (except food, personalized items, and clearance products) purchased on sunlanders.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Shipping Fees: Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (e.g., toy parts, instruction manuals). Opened food bags or damaged products are non-returnable.

Restrictions

• Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be pre-approved via email.
• Return Address: Packages sent to unauthorized addresses (e.g., warehouse) will not be processed.
• Shipping Service: No Freight To Collect (FTC) service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Email service@sunlanders.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send a prepaid label (if eligible) and return address.
3. Refund Processing: Refund issued within 5-7 business days of inspection. Credit card refunds may take 1-2 weeks to appear on statements.

Cancellation Policy

• Pre-Shipment: Full refund for cancellations made before order fulfillment.
• Post-Shipment: No cancellations once an order is shipped.
